Construction Industry Development Board of Malaysia (CIDB) G7 License

The grade G7 license, issued by the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Malaysia, permits GDB to undertake Civil Engineering Construction, Building Construction and Mechanical works projects.

The Construction Quality Assessment System (CONQUAS) serves as a standard assessment system on the quality of building projects. Our score of 75.9 points certifies One Central Park as a construction project of international quality, proven through the completion of the project 107days ahead of schedule.

KL Eco City (Parcel B) – BQUAS

KL Eco City became the first Malaysian construction project to receive the prestigious BQUAS certification, proof of our commitment to using progressive, internationally-recognised approaches and methodologies in our projects.

ETIQA Office Tower – BuildQAS

ETIQA Office Tower has received a commendable score of 80.6 in the prestigious BuildQAS certification, proof of its status as a world-class construction project that integrates leading methodologies and approaches.

Park Regent Project in the multiple award winning Desa Parkcity has received the highly commendable score of 85.5 in the prestigious BuildQAS certification, is the highest BuildQas scored achieved by us so far which serves as a testament to our commitment in building high quality construction projects that integrates leading methodologies and approaches.

E-Metro Logistics Park – BuildQAS

Our highly commendable score of 81.0 in the BuildQAS certification for our first Logistic Hub project, namely SDPLOG 1 is thanks to our consistent use of leading construction methodologies that are effective, efficient and safe, alongside high standards in workmanship.

One Central Park – SIRIM 5S Certified Firm

The 5S certification acknowledges that our One Central Park project fulfilled the safety, health, quality and productivity standards of the International 5-S Organisation and SIRIM Berhad.

CIDB’s QLASSIC benchmarks quality of workmanship on construction projects. Our score of 78% for One Central Park was due in part to our use of progressive construction practices such as Industrialised Building System (IBS).

BuildQAS (formerly BQUAS) from Singapore has benchmarked ETIQA Tower and concluded that we have achieved a high standard of workmanship with regards to commercial building, a feat that is unparalleled in Malaysia.

Menara Hap Seng 3 – CIDB QLASSIC (86%)

CIDB’s QLASSIC benchmarks quality of workmanship on construction projects. Our score of 86% for Menara Hap Seng 3 indicates elite attainment in this area.

We have been awarded the High QLASSIC Achievement by CIDB scoring 86% for our Menara Hap Seng 3 project. Our vision & mission is to construct excellent quality buildings and this achievement is a testament to that commitment.

Autohaus Setia Alam – CREAM QLASSIC (79%)

Our project in Setia Alam received a commendable score of 79% for the quality of workmanship demonstrated.

Our Park Regent project received a commendable score of 80% for the quality of workmanship demonstrated.

Our achievement of a 5 Star rating is proof of our exemplary leadership practices, established brand presence, excellent management and technical capabilities, as well as compliance with best practices in every aspect of our operations.

Sijil Jabatan Keselamatan Dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 2019

We were recognised with an outstanding 5-star rating for our compliance with statutory occupation safety and health standards for workplace tidiness by Jabatan Keselamatan Dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (Kementerian Sumber Manusia). The award was presented in the presence of YB Dato’ Mahfuz Bin Omar, the Deputy Minister of Human Resources of Malaysia.

Special Recognition In The Building Contractors Category

Obtained a Special Recognition in the Building Contractors category awarded by Sime Darby Property Berhad during their 2024 Partners Dialogue attributed by our early completion of the SDPLOG 1 project which was handed over 31 days ahead of schedule, a testament to our project delivery commitments.


CIDB Quest 2025

Grand Dynamic Builders Sdn Bhd on the 30th of October 2025 was granted the Quest 2025 award as the main contractor for METROHUB 1 – E Metro Logistic Park in the private projects (C) Qlassic category by CIDB Malaysia for our strong commitment in carrying out the construction project with good quality.
