ParkCity Residence is the most luxurious high-rise residential development in the thriving Desa ParkCity. Under the RM1.02 billion contract, we will be responsible for building two residential blocks ranging from 49 to 63 storeys comprising of 433 apartments, with a 7-level podium housing residential amenities and car parking, alongside a 2-storey basement car park. This is the largest residential award in the Group’s history and we are honoured to be appointed to bring this landmark building in Desa ParkCity to life.
