Westside III is the second residential project of which we are the main contractor in the multi-award winning Desa ParkCity township. This luxurious development consists of a 49-storey residence block with 469 residential units, complete with a full array of practical and leisure facilities, and seven levels of car park facilities. Award winning safety practices were implemented in the construction of Westside III, including running comprehensive 5-S safety procedures and having a dedicated ESH team of seven personnel and a manager. Our SHASSIC 5-star rating (98%) for the construction of Westside III set a record for the highest score in our history.
